Technical function
The corrugated web H-shaped steel welding machine uses a five-axis linkage CNC system to control the movement of the welding gun and the visual tracking feedback system in the X, Y, and Z directions to achieve welding of the workpiece. The visual tracking feedback system includes a laser generator for positioning and an industrial camera that collects feedback. The camera has dense pixel points and high recognition accuracy. According to the red laser stripes emitted by the laser generator, the automatic curve tracking mode is used to identify the width of the weld seam through the change of the pixel point to control the next action trend of the visual device. By tracking the position of the welding seam identified by the feedback system and the offset relationship between the welding torch and the visualizer, the required running trajectory can be obtained. Scan and weld while welding, fast and accurate.
