Overview
The equipment consists of main motor, reducer, driving roller, correction roller device, driving roller lift cylinder, web clamping device, main frame, base, front and back swing and lifting transfer roller, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, etc. The device structure is compact, high strength, good rigidity.

Features:
1. The driving rotator is made by one-pieces forge and press, the material is 35LCrMo, hardness is HRC50-55, and is of long life.
2.35CrMo: High hardness, toughness and good hardenability.

Function:

This equipment is used for surface straightening of H-beam, and its upper roller device adopts axle box structure with large capacity. It can adjust distance by hydraulic cylinders driving with smooth and reliable running. The main oil cylinder is sealed by high-quality seal ring made in China which has good sealing performance and long life using. All movement adjustment are equipped with rulers to ensure easy and accurate operation. Pumping station is equipped with fine filters to make sure solenoid valves long-term use. The main rollers, correction rollers are using high-quality alloy steel and advanced heat treatment process to ensure its long-term use without cracks and other defects. There is hydraulic lifting system at both sides of driving roller to prevent workpiece from damage table roller after completing straightening, and it is easy to operate
